The highest standards of precision and accuracy are now underwritten by the introduction of the groundbreaking Faro Gage – the industry’s first personal line of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

 

Now, in addition to our tried and tested inspection methods, this advanced, new, automated inspection technology guarantees a level of accuracy that is powerful enough for ultra-precise measurements, including SPC and GD&T statistical analysis.

 

 

The Faro Gage, whilst not totally replacing our previous methods, it now greatly enhances the speed and flexibility of our measurement capabilities.

 

The Faro Gage is now used to perform first article inspections, to create custom routines for repeat part measurements, and because it also automatically records all measurements, CD&T and SPC reports can be generated quickly and efficiently.

 

The Faro Gage provides accuracies up to .0005mm (.0002”).
